Assured by this I don't do so for some weeks, but when I eventually do the document prints exactly as it had presented online, completely unusable.This all leads to at least 10 back and forth arguments with various agents about how this situation will be rectified. I message the service again confused at the situation, and ***** gives me a call saying if I print it from a color printer in color it will be fine. ![]() After speaking with ***** (the agent) he confirmed with me the $25 class was 8 hours, and that I could pay an additional $10 for a completion certificate that I could submit to the court.That day I complete the class and wait for them to send the certificate to my email, only to find the certificate is marked red and plastered in text claiming it cannot be submitted before court. I let the agent know the *************************** told me that any 8-hour driving course would be acceptable, but I couldn't find if the ********** course I was looking at was 8-hours or provided proof I could submit to the court. On April 13th I called I Drive Safely's helpline to speak with an agent about their services. Late in 2022, I was pulled over and ticketed in ******** although I live in **********.
